Awesome customer service. I think I heard someone call her Bianca. She was VERY nice, friendly, helpful and tolerant of me and my family! Thank you.
Never consistent! Check your order! When visiting this place in the evening the service is horrible. The people just don't care. They will give you a bag of lukewarm fries then have you pull to their special parking space to wait on the rest of your order. Common sense and customer focus is lost in this establishment.
Everyone knows McDonald's food. So my rating is based on the employees and cleanliness. The employee that took our order actually gave us recommendations like we were at a nicer sit down restaurant.
Decent customer service and decent food
The drive-thru window clerk was polite & patient. She spoke clearly & answered my question about the food knowledgeaby. The service was fast & the food was actually fresh & very warm. I could tell it was just made & I was very pleased. It was so delicious. A little extra than the typical (subpar) "fast food" & specifically "McDonald's" lunch experience (that has, sadly, come to be accepted & even expected from myself & many others I know alike.)
